Project Title:
Morganfield Combined Sewer Separation Project Phase 3

Project Description:
This project is the third phase of the water portion of the Morganfield sewer separation project (the previous water project profile number is WX21225014). This project will construct water lines along North Brady Street and East Main Street. These lines are needed to allow abandonment of a waterline on North Spring Street. This line is being abandoned in order to allow the necessary room for construction of new sanitary and storm sewers. This project is required to allow for the CSS to continue due to allowing room for the new sewer lines to be installed. So this project is necessary to comply with NOV's for the sewer system that will be addressed by the CSS.

Green Infrastructure:

Green stormwater infrastructure includes a wide array of practices at multiple scales that manage wet weather and that maintains and restores natural hydrology by infiltrating, evapotranspiring and harvesting and using stormwater. Water Efficiency:

The use of improved technologies and practices to deliver equal or better services with less water. Water efficiency encompasses conservation and reuse efforts, as well as water loss reduction and prevention, to protect water resources for the future. Examples include:
