Project Title:
Warsaw Tank Repainting

Project Description:
Project will address deficiencies identified in the most recent tank inspections. The City of Warsaw currently utilizes three storage facilities: Firehouse, High School & WTP. Project will take a tank at a time offline to allow for interior and exterior repairs, blasting of existing coating system, new primer, intermediate and topcoat coatings.

Need For Project: Briefly describe how this project promotes public health or achieves and/or maintains compliance with the Clean Water Act or Safe Drinking Water Act:
Existing tanks have significant deposits and require that a new coating system be placed due to failures of the existing coating system. These failures display significant corrison.

Green Infrastructure:

Green stormwater infrastructure includes a wide array of practices at multiple scales that manage wet weather and that maintains and restores natural hydrology by infiltrating, evapotranspiring and harvesting and using stormwater. Water Efficiency:

The use of improved technologies and practices to deliver equal or better services with less water. Water efficiency encompasses conservation and reuse efforts, as well as water loss reduction and prevention, to protect water resources for the future. Examples include:
